In our case it was a chronic fissure occuring repeatedly despite tryng allopathy, homeopathy and ayurvedic medicines, which got cured because of the surgery performed by her. She is extremely kind and cordial, highly attentive towards all concerns, and responsive to every query asked before and after the surgery.
